How to Submit a Claim

Please use the guidelines below to submit your claim. If not followed promptly we are unable to process claims.

Eggs Claims Process

  • Open the shipping container as soon as you receive it and inspect your eggs. 

  • If there is a breakage during shipping, take photographs.

  • Freedom Flyers must be notified within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the shipment was received via email freedomflyers16@gmail.com and must include:

    • SUBJECT: Egg Claim

    • Total Egg Count including any extra eggs that were included

    • Whole Count

    • Broken Count

    • Pictures of broken eggs

    • Name on Order

    • Shipping Address

 If you receive fewer whole eggs than originally ordered, not including the extra overrun, Freedom Flyers will either replace the eggs or issue a refund of the egg purchase price of any shipment or part thereof which is missing or were broken on arrival.   Re-shipments are subject to availability and minimum shipping requirements.  Freedom Flyers will only reship for replacement eggs once.  If your loss is only a couple of eggs, we may issue a refund instead of replacement.  Reimbursements are limited to the cost of the purchased price per egg. 

 

Freedom Flyers assumes no liability regarding the continuing health of the poultry and/or the health of the humans and/or other poultry and/or other animals that may come in contact with poultry produced by Freedom Flyers.  Freedom Flyers assumes no liability of your poultry once they arrive safe and in a timely manner.
