Freedom Flyers strives to accurately predict egg production  specific to your order. However, this process relies on predicting the numbers of eggs to be laid in the future and their hatchability, therefore Freedom Flyers does not guarantee the exact number of eggs to be laid or their hatchability due to the amount of variables that could affect these numbers. On rare occasions, Freedom Flyers must change orders  in regard to unforeseen maintenance issues, complications with carriers, and force majeure events. Furthermore, and regarding force majeure events, Freedom Flyers shall not be held liable or responsible nor be deemed to have defaulted or have breached any agreement or obligation under this provision when failure or delay to fulfill its duties results from causes beyond the reasonable control of Freedom Flyers, such events including, but not limited to, fire, floods, war, acts of war, insurrections, riots, strikes, lockouts, other labor disturbances, or acts of God.  Freedom Flyers shall use reasonable commercial efforts to avoid or remove such causes of nonperformance, and shall continue performance hereunder with reasonable dispatch whenever such causes are removed. Either party to this transaction shall provide the other party with prompt written notice of any delay or failure to perform that occurs by reason of force majeure.
